Still in Beta, and already has the number 1 space on my speed dial. No, not Millika Sherrawat, ReQall.com. Pronounced “recall” the site cleverly keeps you reminded of important, and not so important tasks that may slip your mind.
The premise is remarkably simple. Dial their 888 number, 1-888-973-7255 to reQall, and once signed up, a pleasant woman’s voice will ask you simply to add, or recall, er ReQall. You say add, and then leave a message for yourself. What’s so cool about that you ask? Well it transcribes (perfectly I might interject!) and then sends you a reminder email. Pretty damned impressive.
I started today, and will see how frequently I actually use this clever tool. I’ve recently become accustomed to taking notes on my iPhone, and also use a hack to record my voice, which can then be emailed. ReQall also plays nice with the iPhone. I’ll follow up in a week or so to let you know how frequently I use it. Their business model? Hmm, not sure yet, but they’re in beta. ReQall.com
